Project Description:

The Good Oil Company came to R. Yoder Construction with specific needs for a complete remodel of their store as well as an extensive building addition that doubled the size of their retail space. The team worked closely with the owners to ensure that the store could remain operational throughout the entire project, and maintained an accelerated schedule as requested. As is common with renovations, the team did run into design and installation issues that were tied into the existing building, however, the knowledge and expertise of our team helped guide and coordinate the project in a way that provided actionable solutions to each issue. The team also coordinated the installation of owner-supplied equipment.
