Project Description

R. Yoder Construction was grateful for the opportunity to provide a full Design-Build solution for the beautiful new manufacturing and corporate office facility for ATC in our hometown of Nappanee, Indiana. This project included approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space for the RV division of their business along with 20,000 sq. ft. of office space for the consolidation of their corporate team.

Many challenges tend to arise in every construction project, and the ATC build was no different. Each challenge was met with a head-on, teamwork-based approach, along with intentional communication. One of the most disruptive challenges was the delay of power and natural gas by the utility company. Our team was able to work creatively with various subcontractors to come up with a solution to keep things moving forward with temporary utilities and allow for the project to stay on schedule.

This stunning new facility allows ATC to add tremendous efficiencies to their processes, provide a state-of-the-art environment for their employees, and provide room for growth and flexibility throughout varying market conditions. The building also serves as visual milestone and sign of the progression of quality manufacturing for the east corridor of Nappanee.
