R. Yoder Construction began in 1978 when Randy Yoder started providing repair and construction services in the greater Nappanee, Indiana area. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to honesty, he quickly earned a reputation for delivering quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and dependable results. As demand grew, we expanded beyond small retail builds to more complex commercial and industrial construction projects across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.
Today, we are a leading regional commercial contractor and construction manager with large-scale capabilities and a deep sense of purpose. Under the leadership of Randy’s sons, Jason, Brad, and Kevin, we have grown intentionally while staying rooted in the relational values that shaped our beginning.
