Bradley Company and Garden Court Apartments approached R. Yoder Construction with the need to bring permanent, supportive, and affordable housing for low-income families in Marshall County. After years of raising funds, construction was able to start!

Rod Ludwig, the Senior Managing Director of Multi-Housing for Bradley Company, stated, “This has been in the works for over five years when a group of concerned citizens and organizations saw the need to tackle the issue of homelessness in Marshall County. It wasn’t easy, but we will soon see families moving in that will finally be able to have the stability of knowing where they will sleep each night.

“We’ve had so many financial supporters that it would be difficult to name them all, but we are sincerely appreciative of the organizations, churches, and individuals that helped make this project possible. In addition, R. Yoder Construction brought their years of experience and expertise to work within our budget and help us turn our vision of providing affordable housing to the community into a reality!”
