Project Description

R. Yoder Construction was humbled to be chosen as the Design-Builder for the new Transformation Ministries facility in South Bend, Indiana. The project consisted of a complete renovation of a 60-year-old facility including 6000 sq. ft of new additions for an overall total facility square footage of approximately 30,000 sq. ft.

The Transformation team did a fantastic job raising funding for the project and was able to garner additional funding mid-project and requested additional space be added to the facility at that point. The R. Yoder team was able to pivot quickly and provide a solution to allow for the additional space to be constructed with very little impact to the schedule.

The flexibility and creativity of the R. Yoder Construction team, coupled with a true partnership mentality with a great client, allowed for a successful construction project for all involved.

With this beautiful new and extremely functional facility, Transformation Ministries is able to expand their services and provide a space for the youth of South Bend to feel valued and cared for in an unparalleled way.
