Who We’re Looking For
Sophomore-level college students or above
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Clear communicator with a positive attitude
