Baugo - Jimtown Historic Gym

Project Description

We renovated and revitalized this 1929 gymnasium by integrating modern infrastructure upgrades, including a new elevator, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Throughout the project, we took great care to preserve the building’s signature historic elements, such as its salt-glazed brick façade, balcony seating, and fixed bleachers. This renovation honors the original character of the structure while providing a fully modernized and accessible facility for the students and the community today.
