Project Description

We converted former farmland into ATC’s Corporate Headquarters, successfully pivoting the original manufacturing design into a versatile facility with a modern showroom and EV stations. Our team managed costs through careful value engineering and strategic MEP adjustments while coordinating a phased occupation with the City of Nappanee. Despite significant owner directed changes, we kept the project on track and delivered the completed headquarters exactly on schedule.
