Project Description

We transformed an abandoned factory into a state-of-the-art after-school facility for the Iron Sharpens Iron nonprofit organization. Our team collaborated closely with the owner and engineers to create a flexible design that accommodates future growth while strictly respecting a donor-driven budget. Despite managing twenty owner-directed change orders, we successfully completed all requests within the original timeframe and budget to deliver a vibrant space for the community.
