Project Description

We were selected as the design builder for this extensive redevelopment based on our ability to provide creative and cost effective solutions while delivering full engineering and design services. The overall project spanned across all 500,000 square feet of the mall space and included significant exterior modifications to modernize the building’s facade. By managing every aspect of the design and construction, we successfully transformed the large scale facility into a modernized and functional space for the community.
