Project Description

We managed this multiphase project, which included a renovation of nearly 90% of the existing facility. Our scope of work involved updates to the grooming space, kennels, employee breakrooms, offices, and consultation rooms. This project required significant demolition and reconstruction, demanding a high level of coordination with the clinic team to ensure their daily operations were never interrupted during the process.
