Project Description
We renovated and revitalized this 1929 gymnasium by integrating modern infrastructure upgrades, including a new elevator, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Throughout the process, we took great care to preserve the building’s signature historic elements, such as its salt glazed brick façade, balcony seating, and fixed bleachers. The result is a fully modernized facility that honors its original character while providing a functional and accessible space for the community today.
