Project Description

We renovated and revitalized this 1929 gymnasium by integrating modern infrastructure upgrades, including a new elevator, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Throughout the process, we took great care to preserve the building’s signature historic elements, such as its salt-glazed brick façade, balcony seating, and fixed bleachers. The result is a fully modernized facility that honors its original character while providing a functional and accessible space for the community today.
