Project Description

We partnered with Ceres Solutions to design and build a specialized facility for their Petroleum Department. Our team implemented a customized off-loading dock and containment dike for ten 10,000-gallon tanks, alongside a new loading dock and modern office spaces. By using a strategic three-hour firewall, we eliminated the need for a fire suppression system while maintaining the highest safety standards. This project also involved renovating two existing buildings to bring a sense of continuity and modern functionality to the entire site.
