We executed this 8,500 square foot commercial office build out as a turnkey design build project under a 1.6 million dollar contract. This integrated approach allowed us to achieve faster timelines and significantly fewer change orders while ensuring clear and improved communication with all stakeholders. By managing the project from start to finish, we delivered a seamless expansion that perfectly meets the operational needs of the Honeyville Metal team.
