Project Description

We turned a basic concept into a full campus expansion for Smoker Craft, including new shipping facilities and a corporate headquarters. Our team strategically managed the construction process to allow for partial occupancy of a critical 50,000 square foot section, effectively resolving production bottlenecks while work continued. Through efficient management and planning, we successfully delivered the entire project both under budget and ahead of schedule.
