Project Description

Our relationship with Deverauex Peters at Chateux 14 Development began by providing a competitive construction management proposal for her new multi-family complex in downtown South Bend.  Because the project came in over budget, she needed a partner to deliver practical, quality-driven value-engineering solutions to bring her dream within reach. She chose R. Yoder Construction as that partner, and we have since aided in redesign, provided competitive cost-saving solutions, and assisted her through the complicated grant and funding process.
