Project Description

We completed the restoration and renovation of the historic Beardsley Carriage House, transforming the 1874 structure into a modern, functional gathering space while preserving its historic character. The project included a full interior demolition, complete interior and exterior renovation, a new floor plan, updated finishes, new doors and windows, exterior improvements, and landscaping. Today, the restored carriage house provides the Ruthmere Foundation with a welcoming space for classes, presentations, and community events, blending historic craftsmanship with modern amenities.
