Project Description

We constructed a new ground-up Scooter's Coffee location in Mishawaka, Indiana. Working closely with the owner and the City, we successfully navigated site challenges including a new entrance from Harrison Street and a high water table. The completed project provides a modern, efficient drive-thru coffee location that serves the growing community.
